Specialist in intellectual and Industrial Property since 2010. He has extensive experience in advising, planning, protecting, and defending Intellectual Property assets at both national and international levels. He speaks Spanish (native proficiency) and English (full professional proficiency).
He has advised individuals and Chilean and foreign companies from all fields of knowledge in order to formulate protection strategies, as well as managing Intellectual and Industrial Property portfolios in Chile and abroad. Gustavo plans, organizes, prepares, and processes applications for trademarks, invention patents, utility models, industrial designs, and copyrights, as well as the preparation and negotiation of contracts & agreements related to these intangible assets, including the monitoring and defense of these rights before administrative and judicial authorities.
In his free time, Gustavo enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as engaging in sports activities such as strength training and outdoor activities like mountain biking (MTB), road cycling, and trekking. Gustavo firmly believes in the need to achieve a balance in “body, mind, and soul” as a way of life in order to attain equilibrium in life.
